While national charter operators have yet to add the Embraer Legacy to their fleets, industry professionals believe the price and performance capabilities of the Brazilian aircraft will make this a favorite in the near future. The Legacy, a variant of Embraer’s commercial ERJ-135 regional airliner, can seat 13 passengers in a cabin only slightly smaller than that of a Gulfstream G500, and it is available for approximately half of the American aircraft’s price.
