Grasp the sartorial genius of the late fashion designer Alexander McQueen with an exclusive private tour  ($350) of the Metropolitan Museum of Art exhibit Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty on June 27. Andrew Bolton, curator of the Met’s Costume Institute as well as the exhibit, reveals how McQueen drew on his deep knowledge of the history of fashion to create clothes that were at once au courant and timeless.
