Best of the Best 2012: Sport-Utility Vehicles: Infiniti JX35

  • Infiniti JX35

With a starting price of just over $40,000, the Infiniti JX35 (www.infiniti.com) is one of the more cost-effective vehicles ever featured in a Best of the Best issue. It might also be the only selection ever that comes with its own concierge service. Infiniti Personal Assistant is a 24-hour service to which owners have free access during the SUV’s four-year-warranty period. On-call Infiniti representatives provide services ranging from reserving play tickets to recommending restaurants. The JX35 also comes with an abundance of safety-related technology. The options list includes a lane-departure warning system and a back-up collision-intervention feature that stops the vehicle if it senses oncoming danger while the JX35 is backing out of a driveway or view-obstructed parking space.
