Best Of The Best 2006: Pleasure Island

  • Marilyn M. Mower

Alysia is as much a floating spa as it is a yacht. This 280-foot boat carries as many as 36 guests in its 18 suites, which include a spectacular owner’s suite with its own private deck. The heart of the yacht is its health and beauty center, where passengers relax in an enormous marble Roman bath. The center also offers separate saunas and steam rooms for men and women, as well as a gym, massage room, facial room, mud bath, plunge pool, aromatherapy chamber, hydrotherapy shower, beauty salon, and even a children’s playroom.
