Dorchester Spa: Pampering in London

  • Alexandra Foster

Following a six-month renovation, the Dorchester Spa has reopened in the Dorchester hotel in London with signature facials by internationally renowned Vaishaly and new discovery Carol Joy of London. Beyond its lineup of specialists, the spa was designed in a glamorous 1930’s Art Deco style, the centerpiece of which is a chandelier in the main room made up of 75,000 South Pacific white pearls. Whether seeking a reprieve from the city, a cleansing facial, or massage, the venue offers many options with its nine treatment rooms, including two double suites and a meditation room.

The Dorchester Spa is offering a special introductory package for two through August 31 (about $680), which includes an overnight stay in a deluxe room, a full English breakfast, and one aromatherapy massage per guest. Individual treatments include the Vaishaly Bespoke Facial for men ($150), which features a deep facial massage and soothing mask specifically designed to target razor burn.
