Crestron’s Electronic Prowess Is on Display

For more than 40 years, Crestron Electronics has produced industry-leading home-automation systems. Today, those systems enable homeowners to control every electronic aspect of their dwelling—from entertainment systems to climate, lighting, and security—all from the company’s wall-mounted, high-resolution control screens, or even from devices including smart phones and tablet computers. In July, Crestron opened its first Southern California showroom, located in West Hollywood’s Pacific Design Center, which is known as California’s premier design headquarters and houses more than 130 showrooms dedicated to furniture, kitchen and bathroom products, lighting, flooring, fabrics, and architecture. Crestron’s new 3,500-square-foot showroom features a mock living room, kitchen, and bedroom, and it gives prospective customers in the Southern California area the chance to experience Crestron’s technology firsthand and to discover the virtually endless ways that it can be integrated into the home.
