FrontRunners: Warming Trend

For fall, Saks Fifth Avenue recently debuted Bark knitwear (www.bark-italy.it), the Italian fashion brand’s collection of men’s, women’s, and children’s plush sweaters that are thick and warm enough to be worn as outerwear. The line features designs inspired by the military jacket, the duffle coat, and the field jacket. The sweaters are woven with Moulinè wool, some of which is blended with alpaca or lined with fur. Prices range from about $600 to $1,150.
