A Limited Supply of Rare Roasts

  • Christina Garofalo

If you have a weakness for wagyu, New York City–based butcher DeBragga is offering a limited number of dry-aged, rib roasts of wagyu beef for the next few weeks. At about $1,200 each, the 12- to 14-pound roasts have been dry-aged for 60 days and will be shipped fresh overnight (never frozen) the week of December 19. Upon request, DeBragga can also butcher the rib into a smaller roast and individual chops. Each roast comes tagged with its origin, weight, and shelf date. A personal note can be included as well, upon request. (646.873.6555, www.debragga.com)
