The International Culinary Center is offering  a Parisian-style baking course, Madeleines & Macaroons, on May 15 ($195) and a 10-hour Tapas Essentials on June 4 and 5 ($675) at its Manhattan location.  The center will also work with individuals to create custom classes, such as a food and wine tasting or a one-on-one cooking class, at any place of your choice: a family cooking class in your kitchen, or a five-course menu of chocolate and Champagne realized on a rooftop garden.
