Snag the Last Few Seats at Michael Mina’s Culinary Getaway

Christina Garofalo

Michelin-starred chef Michael Mina is hosting a memorable epicurean weekend of cooking, dining, and wine tasting from April 30 to May 2 at Blackberry Farm, located near the Great Smoky Mountains in Walland, Tenn. Only 16 spots are still available for this exclusive weekend excursion ($600 per person), where guests will have the opportunity to learn about farming and cooking firsthand and share intimate meals and conversations with a team of experts.

Mina and Blackberry Farm’s resident executive chef Joseph Lenn will incorporate ingredients from the farm’s 4,200-acre estate—which employs its own gardener, baker, cheese maker, forger, butcher, jam maker, chocolatier, and more—into three days of cooking demonstrations, dinners, and tasting events. Winemaker Dirk Niepoort of Niepoort wines in Portugal will also participate in the weekend events, pairing his wines with the meals and leading a wine tasting. (800.557.8864, www.blackberryfarm.com)
