FrontRunners: Above Par

  • William Kissel

With tees, gloves, balls, and other accessories to pocket, golfers long have been burdened with the battle of the bulge. This spring, Italian pant maker Incotex (through Glazer Imports, 212.582.0042) addresses the problem fashionably with a collection of golf slacks that incorporates details such as zippered mesh pockets that will not accumulate dirt, suede trim on seams and pockets to protect against staining, and tee holders equipped with tees. Made from Incotex’s new washable stretch-cotton material, the pants cost $345 per pair.
