FrontRunners: Rocky Mountain High

At this year’s Taste of Vail (www.tasteofvail.com), a wine and culinary festival set amid the Colorado Rockies, the flavor will be more international than in previous years. Wineries from Australia, France, Italy, Spain, and New Zealand will join a contingent from California and Oregon for the event, which will take place from April 11 through 14. The festival will include such attractions as the Colorado Lamb Cook-Off, which is being touted as the “second coming of the lamb.”
