    Chub Cay is one suitable destination for the Seawind 300C amphibian plane (www.seawind.biz). Seawind, which currently is flight-testing the plane, reports that the aircraft operates on the water just as easily as it does on land and reaches a maximum speed of 200 mph in the air, 40 mph faster on average than other amphibian aircraft. The plane will have a starting price of about $325,000; a $9,000 reservation fee is required....
