    The wrapper is the most costly leaf in a cigar—and the Cusano 18 Maduro incorporates three in an unusual double-maduro blend. The outer wrapper, a chocolaty 1996 Connecticut maduro leaf, conceals a binder made from a 1999 Dominican San Vicente Olor maduro wrapper. The filler contains a wrapper, too: a 1996 Brazilian Matafina leaf, blended with 1985 Dominican Oro Seco and 1999 Piloto Dominicano tobaccos.
