Döttling Luxury Safes (www.doettling-safes.com), which restores antique safes while adding such features as wet bars, humidors, and gun cabinets, now offers models for watch collectors. Prices begin at about $65,000. Each Döttling safe is customized for its purchaser; one, for example, has been given a secret compartment for especially valuable pocket watches. The company has created  11 watch safes so far, in styles ranging from Biedermeier (1820–1840) to Art Deco.
