Leisure: The Art of Fine Champagne: An Exclusive Invitation

  • Michael Lynn

Overnight stays at Maison Belle Époque usually are not available to the public, but for a limited time, Robb Report readers are being offered a unique opportunity to visit. A weeknight stay will feature the Fleurtation Menu; a tour of the winery, cellars, and vineyard; and a 1999 Fleur de Champagne Blanc de Blancs bottle signed by Chef de Caves Hervé Deschamps. Then, in 2010 or 2011, participants will receive one of the first signed and numbered magnums of 2002 Fleur de Champagne Blanc de Blancs, which will be released to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the House of Champagne Perrier-Jouët. To arrange a visit, contact Mme. Frédérique Baveret (+33.3.26.53.38.10, Frederique_Baveret@perrier-jouet.fr). Reims-Champagne Airport (+33.3.26.07.15.15), located just 30 minutes from Épernay, is open to international traffic. Or, if you prefer, Perrier-Jouët will help arrange ground transportation from Paris.
