Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort is celebrating its 25th year of hosting Winemaker Dinners with its most extensive season ever of the extravagant monthly culinary evenings at the legendary property.

Each of the 11 Winemaker Dinners will feature an original multi-course menu created by Executive Chef Gordon Maybury and Chef de Cuisine Colin Rupp, paired with specially selected wines of a noted vintner from California or Italy. In addition to savoring gourmet dishes and sipping fine wines, diners will learn about the wines from representatives of the wineries, and enjoy cigars and Port or other favorite after-dinner drinks on Wright’s patio. For the first time, the dinners will also offer prize drawings for bottles of wine and resort stays.

“We work intimately with each vintner to create an edgy and exciting menu of four-to-five courses with tastes and textures that perfectly complement the wines being poured,” said Chef Maybury.

Arizona Biltmore, an Arizona landmark since opening in 1929 known for its distinctive Frank Lloyd Wright architectural style and storied history as a playground of celebrities and presidents, will emerge from a multi-million-dollar renovation in October that is creating a chic resort of timeless refinement where classic luxury meets modern sanctuary.
