Rome – (April 17, 2014) – Just in time for spring, Rome Cavalieri, Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts, launches new treatments with several ways to rejuvenate for the season at its award-winning Cavalieri Grand Spa Club.

The new treatment menu, committed to offering instant results, features La Prairie’s Cellular Swiss Ice Crystal Facial. La Prairie has developed the revolutionary Celluar Swiss Ice Crystal Complex with plant stem cells with DNA protecting power, resulting in a brilliant new way to help the skin protect itself from visible signs of accelerated aging, younger looking skin and future support of regeneration. The brand new treatment is available for 60-minute and 90-minute increments at €150 ($207 USD) and €190 ($262 USD), respectively.
The new spring menu also includes treatments with unique natural ingredients including green tea, chocolate and roses, available for either 80 minutes (€130 / $179 USD) or 50 minutes for (€100 / $138 USD):
- In the versatile Green Tea Bamboo Towel Massage, the treatment yields stimulating, draining and invigorating effects on the skin. Perfect for both males and females, the combination of a vigorous bamboo towel massage and the energizing, fresh scent of green tea restore and support healthy skin.

The Chocolate Spa Treatment is a body and facial special incorporating rich dark chocolate, which contains stimulating and slimming properties for the body that simultaneously moisturize and nourish the face. The sumptuous aroma of the main ingredient fills the room, delighting the body and the soul.
- The Champagne & Rose Petals Spa Treatment offers a unique synergy by combining the precious virtues of Champagne grapes with the benefits of rose extract, resulting in a relaxing and cosmetically beneficial treatment great for well-being. The Champagne grapes contain strong anti-aging and anti-free radical agents that regenerate the skin. The rose petals have natural cleansing and toning properties.
Cavalieri Grand Spa Club is available to hotel guests as well as non-hotel guests. Guests staying on the Imperial Club floor will be granted complimentary access to the 26,900 sq. ft. facility and pools. Daily entry fees are €31 / $43 USD per day for full access and 45 EUR / $63 USD per day for non-resident hotel guests.
