The new design paradigm is catching on all across the Caribbean. On the western end of Anguilla, the residences at St. Regis Temenos (Greek for "sanctuary")—bright white oceanfront homes and villas that afford views of nearby Saint Martin—seem to have been transported directly from Santorini. Prickly Bay Waterside on Grenada features marine houses, which resemble superyachts moored in a harbor. And at Pinney’s Estate on Nevis, homebuyers will enjoy panoramic views of nearby Nevis Peak; the developer hopes to tap into the volcanic island’s vast reserves of geothermal energy to power the resort. The appearance overall of these burgeoning communities is international and modern. Here is a closer look at the aforementioned sites and several others.
