  • Mattia Cielo $5,700 rose-gold ring with black diamonds

Italy’s Mattia Cielo (www.mattiacielo.com) likely will turn heads on Milan’s Via Montenapoleone when the 4-year-old jewelry brand opens its first boutique in September. The debut will coincide with the introduction of Mattia Cielo’s latest fine jewelry collection, which, like previous ones, displays an industrial-design influence. Experimenting this time with titanium, the brand returns to its coiling necklace designs, now available in bright blue and purple. Repeating ellipse shapes form a new series of rings, earrings, and pendants in rose gold or titanium with black or white diamonds. Prices begin at $2,000 and rise to $70,000 for elaborate gold-and-diamond designs.
