Peter V. Agur Jr.

Managing Director and Founder, The VanAllen Group
Peter V. Agur Jr. has been a management consultant since 1985. His firm provides consulting services for large corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and royal families. Peter began his career as an Army aviator and went on to work for several major airframe manufacturers. He has a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical sciences from the Metropolitan State College of Denver and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.


James D. Butler

James D. Butler is the CEO of Shaircraft Solutions, a private-aviation consulting firm that advises individuals and businesses on the full spectrum of today's private-air-travel options—from fractional jet ownership and jet-card programs to private-jet charter and more. A business attorney by trade, James brings a unique combination of legal acumen and expert industry knowledge to the negotiating table. This has served his clients well with everything from multi-million-dollar fractional-share purchases and valuation disputes to relatively small jet-card contracts. His clients range from professional athletes and Fortune 500 CEOs to high-net-worth retirees and families.


Kevin O’Leary

Founder and President, Jet Advisors 
Kevin O’Leary heads Jet Advisors, a data-driven private-jet acquisition, brokerage, and invoice-validation firm in Bedford, Mass. Prior to founding Jet Advisors, Kevin worked for Hawker Beechcraft, Travel Air, and Flight Options. He is completing his Ph.D. in aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a multiengine commercial pilot’s license.


Walter Kraujalis

President, AeronomX 
Walter Kraujalis is an aviation advisor with a background as an aviation attorney and former flight-department manager and corporate-jet pilot. His expertise is in jet and helicopter acquisitions and sales, safety management, safety/ISBAO audits, and business development. He is a licensed airline transport pilot for both jets and helicopters with more than 10,000 hours of flight time. Walter is also a speaker and instructor at industry functions and has published numerous articles in aviation publications.


William Quinn

Founder, Aviation Management Systems
Bill Quinn has been actively involved in the aviation industry for more than 40 years, during which time he has served as an aircrew member in a United States Navy helicopter squadron; worked for two aircraft manufacturers; founded a number of successful aviation businesses, including Aviation Management Systems; and served as the director of aviation and chief pilot for a Fortune 500 company. He has flown more than 6,000 hours, holds an Airline Transport Pilot license with type ratings in both business jets and helicopters, and is a certified aircraft appraiser.


H. Lee Rohde III

H. Lee Rohde III is the founder and currently serves as the president and CEO of Essex Aviation Group, Inc., a Portsmouth, N.H.–based company that provides new- and preowned-aircraft acquisition services along with business and private-aviation consulting services to a wide range of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Rohde is an experienced pilot and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master of business administration from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics.


Keith G. Swirsky

Keith G. Swirsky is an attorney and tax specialist concentrating in the areas of corporate-aircraft transactions and aviation taxation. GKG Law, in Washington, D.C., provides full-service tax and regulatory planning and counseling services to corporate aircraft owners, operators, and managers. Keith holds a Master of Laws degree in taxation and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University.
