Launched in late 2009, Bliss is another techy sailing yacht from Yachting Developments. The beautiful black sloop, with an Ed Dubois-designed hull, was built for comfort and speed. It's the epitome of high tech, with a lightweight composite hull, carbon-fiber mast and boom, and carbon-fiber sails made by Doyle NZ. Bliss can reach 16 knots under sail and still accommodate eight guests in four cabins. The yacht's interior is anything but traditional: The dark wood and light fabric color schemes throughout give the interior a striking, but refined contrast. When not in use by the owner, Bliss is available for charter in Tahiti.
