Magnum 51

Called the bestia or beast, this new red-hulled Magnum was launched in late 2009. The boat, using Magnum's solid construction, has posted top speeds of 74 mph with its twin 1800-hp MTU engines mated to Arneson surface drives. Designer Luiz de Basto kept the look of the powerful beast very aerodynamic, by recessing anchor lockers, hatches, and any other protrusions on the topside. Belowdecks, weight savings were gained by using furniture with a honeycomb Nomex interior with a wooden veneer. Another stunning creation from Magnum.
