Northern Star

The 248-foot blue-hulled beauty (formerly named Scout) was launched last year. Northern Star was designed for long-distance cruising, with a range of 6,000 nautical miles, and to be self-sufficient at sea for long periods. The experienced owner wanted a classic-looking, seaworthy yacht, but mandated superior soundproofing and other comfort-inducing features. Pauline Nunns' warm interior has been described has a "traditional country home," with meticulous attention to detail throughout. Northern Star has space for 12 guests and 22 crew, making it a spacious charter vessel.
