    Thomas Keller finally graced Beverly Hills with his Napa presence in fall 2009, bringing his traditional French bistro to town. If you want to see how frisée salad with lardons and the perfect poached egg is supposed to be made, taste a properly executed boudin noir, or enjoy a mundane country pâté, this is the place to do it. Even a seemingly mundane Niçoise salad plate seems special Chez Keller. Specialties: Foie gras terrine; steak frites; croque-madame; roasted chicken.
