    Mario Batali’s showplace restaurant features high-luxury Italian on the fringe of Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. Del Posto offers several dishes designed for couples and foursomes, as well as single-serving meals that may be too delicious to share. Specialties: Agnolotti—little envelopes of pasta filled with pork, capon, and veal parmigiano—that arrive nested inside a folded white napkin; the grand tasting menu, which may include duck alla Veneziana and tagliata of Kobe beef.
