The Restaurant at Meadowood

    Thanks to chef Christopher Kostow, the restaurant at this St. Helena resort in the Napa Valley has reaped much-deserved Michelin attention and foodie buzz. It’s farm-driven, California cuisine, but don’t be fooled; it’s far from simple. Molten-Parmesan tortellini with crispy artichokes are a study in texture, while a plate of squids with white soy sauce, roasted cauliflower, and a steamed egg celebrates a singular color.

    Specialties: Menu changes regularly based on what’s available from the property’s orchards, garden, groves, and beehives.
