Kingdom Royal Speakers

U.K. speaker maker Tannoy announced its monstrous (265 pounds apiece) new flagship this year, the Kingdom Royal. These more-than four-foot-tall speakers employ a 15-inch paper-cone woofer, a 12-inch trademarked Dual Concentric driver with a two-inch midrange voice coil and high-frequency three-inch aluminum alloy dome, and a one-inch magnesium alloy dome tweeter. This setup imparts a broad frequency range from 24 Hz to 61 kHz with a 90-degree conical dispersion. The Kingdom Royal speakers are sure to make a hi-fi statement in any home.
