Tasting Notes Rich and complex, this is like no other bourbon you’ll ever sip. Even at a somewhat jolting 100 proof, the sweetness hits you first on the tip of the tongue, but then licorice, cherries, honey, and vanilla join hands and dance around the palate, caressing it with a long, thick finish. Worth Knowing This is the third in a series of special, limited- edition “boutique bourbons” crafted by sixth-generation master distiller Parker Beam. This one honors his 50 years as a distiller and is created from whiskeys from each of Parker’s past five decades as a distiller, with most from the past 10 to 20 years and a nice touch from 1968 barrels as well. Note Prices are average retail and do not reflect local or state taxes.
