Worth Knowing This ultra-premium blend of rums between 6 and 23 years old is aged in a mountaintop distillery, 8,000 feet above sea level. With an average temperature of 62 degrees F, the rum is aged in a combination of bourbon and sherry barrels, then is “finished” in re-charred white oak barrels for added intensity.
