Guests at Amanjiwo—a 35-suite resort in a jungle not far from Yogyakarta—receive exclusive morning access to the breathtaking ancient temple Borobudur. The guided tours are followed by a 90-minute elephant ride past banyan trees, rice paddies, and volcanoes before reaching the resort’s limestone archways and stupas.
