The Lodge at Verbier

Set high in the Swiss Alps, 800 feet from the main Médran lift station, the Lodge at Verbier is one of the few ski-in locations in town. The property’s indoor pool area connects to a steam room, gym, and spa, and the backyard includes a small ice rink. A karaoke machine, a disco ball, and live music performances add to the lodge’s après-ski options. If the party lasts until dawn, the 13 friendly staff members can help get you back on your feet and on the slopes, prepping breakfast and escorting you up the mountain. When you return, you can take a dip in the lodge’s outdoor hot tub while Bam Bam, the resident retriever, sleeps inside by the fireplace. Accommodations The chalet, which is available for exclusive use for as many as 18 adults plus six children, includes two master suites with open fireplaces. Individual rooms are also available. Rates From $450 to $1,100 per night; chalet (nine rooms) is $7,775 per night. Prices include all meals, afternoon tea, and drinks.
