Aubert Estate 2008 Lauren Vineyard Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

Mark Aubert has made wine for such illustrious producers as Peter Michael, Colgin Cellars, and Bryant Family Vineyards. If these names do not provide sufficient indication of the caliber of his winemaking skills, then one taste of this 2008 Chardonnay certainly will. The vintage’s amazingly low yields packed unfathomable richness into this stunning cuvée, which exudes flavors of pineapple, crème brûlée, and lemon zest.
