Shafer Vineyards 2006 Hillside Select Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

John Shafer and his son Doug have been producing brilliant wines from Napa’s Stags Leap District since the 1970s, and this dark beauty further enriches their legacy. Aged a full four years prior to release (three years in Alliers and Tronçais oak barrels and one year in the bottle), this pure Cabernet Sauvignon weaves together the tastes of plum, cassis, tobacco, and Périgord black truffle.
