Just for Men Spa Treatments

Elianna Wasser

Most spa treatments are geared toward women, but now some of the country’s top hotel spas have developed experiences exclusively for men. Here is a sampling of six spas across the United States and their newest offerings, from anti-aging facials to sleep-inducing massages that are tailor-made for men.

Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach
Acqualina Spa by ESPA has created the Men’s Age Rebel Facial at their spa in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. This 80-minute treatment begins with a steam and brush cleanse, followed by an enzyme peel, deep facial massage, and toning mask. The facial ($235) is designed to help prevent the signs of aging. Men also can choose from four other options, including a back and foot massage and a scalp massage. The Trump Spa has crafted a treatment specifically designed for the tired male traveler, to relieve symptoms of jet lag and fatigue. The Sleep Well remedy at the New York City spa is a 55-minute, 100 percent natural and vegan treatment that starts with homeopathic oral spray, then a massage with hot towel compressions infused with the spa’s Essence of Vali sleep oil (a blend of lavender, marjoram, cedar wood, and ylang-ylang) to help calm the body, followed by a face and scalp massage, for $170. This guest-only spa also offers men other spa options including a skin conditioning treatment and the Sole Soother foot treatment.
