London’s Premier Lodging for Jag-Lovers

Did you ever wish for a racecar bed as a kid? Taj Suites and Residences’ 51 Buckingham Gate in London is indulging adult auto enthusiasts with a more mature, luxurious version of their childhood digs with its brand-new Jaguar suite. For approximately $8,500 per night, guests who stay in the two-bedroom suite will receive chauffeur-driven Jaguar transportation, 24-hour private butler service, and daily breakfast.

Reminiscent of the car that inspired it, the sleek, residential-style suite features high-gloss ebony veneer—used in the door trim of contemporary Jaguar models—in the double doors that connect the living spaces, which comprise a kitchen, a 10-person dining room, a fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Other Jaguar-inspired details include Italian leather-covered headboards, walls embedded with large-screen televisions, and a premium sound system with Sonance speakers scattered about the ceilings.
