Mandarin Oriental Offers the Ultimate Car Package

Mandarin Oriental in Munich is offering the Car Package for automobile aficionados to preview, tour, and drive some of the great German brands. The four-day excursion begins with two nights at the Mandarin Oriental in Munich where guests will have use of their own Mercedes-Benz for the stay. Excursions includes a visit to the BMW museum and showroom where guests will learn the history of the brand and preview its latest designs, including the GINA—the fabric-swathed concept car that contours with every curve on road. There is also a visit to Ingolstadt for a behind-the-scenes tour of the Audi museum and factory, a visit to the Porsche museum in Stuttgart, which has approximately 80 iconic models on display, and a tour of the Mercedes-Benz factory and museum. Guests will stay the final evening in Brenner’s Park Hotel & Spa, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, residing on the banks of the Oos River in Baden-Baden.

Private tours and driving sessions can be arranged at extra charge. Mandarin Oriental, Munich’s Car Package starts at approximately $1,940 per person.(49.89.290.980, www.mandarinoriental.com/munich)
