Room with a View

Located on the shores of Lake Como in Italy, the Grand Hotel Tremezzo has created eight new luxurious suites on its rooftop, each with a private terrace featuring panoramic views of the lake, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and butler service. The eight rooms can be combined to create one expansive penthouse suite.

Designed by Venelli Kramer, the suites are inspired by classic Italian style and the natural colors of Lake Como with some contemporary touches. The top floor blends with the hotel’s original Art Nouveau style. Built in 1910, the 98-room hotel has five dining venues managed by the celebrated chef Gualtiero Marchesi. The suites start at approximately $625 per night. (+39.0344.42491, www.grandhoteltremezzo.com)
