Sneak Peek: Olare Mara Kempinski, Masai Mara, Kenya

Kempinski Hotels opened its first property in Kenya last month, on the vast Olare Orok wildlife conservancy. The all-inclusive Olare Mara Kempinski, Masai Mara (from $435 per night) can accommodate up to 24 guests in its 12 furnished tents, each with its own private shower and bathtub—and one even has a private plunge pool. The main lodge includes a pool and a restaurant and bar, and the camp offers game drives, night safaris, nature walks, visits to local villages, and hot-air balloon rides over the neighboring Masai Mara National Reserve.
