Known as the Astoreca Palace—one of Chile’s most iconic national monuments—the converted mansion features 23 guest rooms, a restaurant, an underground wine cellar, a library, a piano bar, a spa with a steam bath, a heated indoor pool, and an indoor wood-burning hot tub. Prices begin at $230 for a standard room and $490 for a luxury suite with a private terrace overlooking the amphitheater-like, tiered landscape of the city—which was named a UNESCO World Heritage site—and the Valparaiso bay.
