Sneak Peek: The Setai Fifth Avenue

The Setai Fifth Avenue, a 60-story hotel and residential condominium managed by Capella Hotels and Resorts, officially opens November 5 in New York City. Located on Fifth Avenue and 36th Street just a few blocks away from the Empire State Building, the Setai has 214 guest rooms including 54 suites, and 184 condominiums. The condominiums comprise the top half of the building, from floors 31 to 60. Guests will be able to escape the hustle of midtown with a glass of wine from the onsite cellar or unwind in the 11,500-square-foot spa, which includes an ice cave and Turkish-style hammam. The signature restaurant, Ai Fiori, offers a gastronomic rendition of classic Italian cuisine. (212.695.4005, www.setaififthavenue.com)
