St. Regis Tianjin opened October 30 as that city’s first hotel to offer butler service for all guests. Located in northern China, about a 30-minute bullet-train ride from Beijing, the 18-story glass-and-steel structure features the largest presidential suite in Tianjin, along with 273 guest rooms and suites, many of which offer views of the Hai River.
