Sneak Peek: White 1921, Saint-Tropez, France

  • Elianna Wasser

Saint-Tropez’s famous bar Maison Blanche, which occupied a historic mansion, has reopened as White 1921, an eight-room seasonal hotel. Open from July through early October, the hotel’s big draws are its cocktail bar in an outdoor garden and its wine cellar. The bar features a wide range of cocktails and Champagnes, including rare vintage bottles from 1921—the year in which the mansion was built—in addition to Champagne-infused dishes such as Dom Pérignon cannelé cakes. Room rates start at $330 a night and suites at $800. (+33.4.94.45.5050, www.white1921.com)
