Unveiling Vail Homes

The Four Seasons will open an intimate resort with only 16 full-ownership residences at the base of Vail Mountain in late 2009, just in time for next ski season. The first Four Seasons to open in Colorado, and only the third mountain property in the company’s portfolio, The Four Seasons Residence Club Vail will feature 121 guest rooms alongside the full- and fractional-ownership residences, 19 of which are available at 1/12 interests. “We’ve wanted to have a presence in Vail for a long time because of the area’s deep bond with true ski culture,” says marketing and project manager Christa Johnson. The full-ownership properties will range from 1,650 to 5,800 square feet, and each will have access to a full-service spa, including 15 treatment rooms, and dedicated valet service to and from the mountain’s closest chairlift. Only 10 private residences are currently left unsold, and prices range from $5.3 million to $16.1 million for a five-bedroom home with a view of Vail Mountain. (www.fourseasons.com/ownvail)
