Richard Mille Shows American Spirit

Apparently it is not enough that Richard Mille watches look different from other watches on the market. Richard Mille owners want their watches to look different from other Richard Milles. The new RM 028 Americas is a 20-piece limited edition of the company’s recently released diving watch. Like other region- and boutique-specific editions the company has devised, the Americas edition ($82,000) sports a special—in this case, red and white—color pattern over a dark DLC treated titanium case. The 20 pieces are slated to be spread across North and South America, thereby reducing any chance encounters between similar pieces. (www.richard-mille.com)
