Your home bar should be more than merely a room in your house for imbibing and cigar smoking. It should possess a distinctive character and an atmosphere that promotes relaxation and conviviality. In addition to its more ethereal merits, a great bar must be well stocked and well equipped. This gift from Perdomo cigars, spirits distributor Brown-Forman, British luxury-goods house Asprey, and Marc-Michaels Interior Design addresses those criteria.

Brown-Forman has assembled a selection of potable staples as well as a barrel’s worth, or 180 one-liter bottles, of Woodford Reserve small-batch bourbon. Also included are the Glenmorangie 1977 vintage Scotch and the 1971 Gold Medal bottle of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey. Tabacalera Perdomo contributes a 696-cigar package featuring its Edición de Silvio, which earned a place among Robb Report’s 2004 Best of the Best honorees. Perdomo is also including a pair of J.C. Pendergast humidors and a four-day, three-night trip for two to Nicaragua to visit the company factory and plantations in Esteli. Asprey complements the spirits and cigars with a comprehensive collection of barware and cigar accessories. More than 40 different items, from ashtrays to olive picks to silver-lined ebony match strikers, are included.

The bar itself will be provided by Marc-Michaels Interior Design of Winter Park, Fla. Designer Marc Thee envisions a gallery-style wet bar similar to the one pictured here. Twin cylindrical saltwater fish tanks will flank the bar, and a 40-inch plasma screen will be placed on the wall behind it. The bar will be equipped with a polished nickel sink with rock crystal faucet handles, a stemware locker, a wine refrigerator, dishwasher drawers, a small Sub-Zero fridge, and an ice maker.

Price: Starting at $195,885 (including a starting price of $100,000 for the bar). Contacts: Asprey New York, 212.688.1811, www.asprey.com; Marc-Michaels Interior Design, 407.629.2124. This gift is limited to one Robb Report reader. The barware, cigars, and spirits must be purchased through Asprey. The bar must be purchased separately from Marc-Michaels. The spirits portion of the package will be conveyed through a distributor convenient to the reader. Certain bottles may require several weeks for delivery.
