Sixty-fiveart and antique dealers will convene atNew York City’s Park Avenue Armory for Haughton’s International Fine Art & Antique Dealers Show, which is returning to the armory this October 21 to 27 for the 23rd year. For a $20 admission, patrons can view everything from antique furniture and arms to ceramics and sculptures, such as the bronze Walking Panther by Italian sculptor Rembrandt Bugatti (1929, $650,000), from the U.K.’s Sladmore Gallery. Additional highlights this year will includea trio of rippled alabaster vessels from the prehistoric Tell Halaf civilization in Syria (sixth millennium BC, $125,000), brought by Ariadne Galleries in New York; and a pair of rose-colored vases with bands of gold (1885–1888, $136,000), given by the French state to musician Lucien Fugère, fromBrian Haughton Gallery.
