Jewels, Art, and Collectibles Debut in Palm Beach

More than 180 international art galleries, art dealers, and jewelers will be presenting prized pieces at the annual Palm Beach Jewelry, Art, and Antique Show, held February 15 to 19 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

In its 10th year, the show is considered one of the main events of the winter season’s social calendar, and is surrounded by numerous parties and gatherings. Standout exhibits include a series of Old Master–style paintings by the artist Ken Hamilton, who is represented by the Colm Rowan Fine Art gallery in Philadelphia and is making his debut at the fair. Also, a collectible Art Deco brooch by Van Cleef & Arpels, carpeted with 24 carats of diamonds, will be offered by the Belgian gallery Epoque Fine Jewels.

This year’s fair will feature a series of lectures by industry experts. John Loring, the director emeritus of Tiffany & Co., will speak on the history of the world-renowned Black Prince’s Ruby and the lost Tiffany II necklace, which features one of the largest known yellow diamonds.
