Ever Wanted to Drive a Bentley on Ice?

Driving in icy conditions is usually something to be avoided, but now thanks to Bentley Motors, it is something to look forward to. Bentley Power on Ice—a series of four-day all-inclusive trips taking place from February 6 to March 6 in the snowy expanses of northern Finland—gives attendees the unique opportunity to experience the white-knuckle thrills of driving a Bentley on ice. Guests will be paired together and, accompanied by a professional instructor, take turns behind the wheel of either a Bentley Continental GT or a Flying Spur, racing along tracks plowed through the snow atop a frozen lake. Juha Kankkunen, a four-time World Rally Champion and a previous holder of the world speed record for ice driving, aided in designing the courses; guests will also have the opportunity to ride with him as he completes a lap at professional racing speeds. During the adventure, they will stay at the Hotel at Ruka Peak. Prices for the Bentley Power on Ice experience start at $14,750, and the trip can be customized to include additional activities such as helicopter rides, snowmobile safaris, or even a detour to Crewe, England, for a tour of the Bentley factory.
