Billed as the world’s first electric cruiser, the Lito Green Motion Sora (www.litogreenmotion.com) is powered by a 57 hp motor that delivers 70 ft lbs of torque and is able to propel the bike to a top speed of 118 mph. Its 12 kWh lithium-ion battery, which can be fully recharged in about nine hours using a standard electrical outlet, provides enough power to travel as far as 120 miles on a single charge. The bike also features a seat that can be adjusted electronically—even while the vehicle is moving—to accommodate the rider’s height and preferred posture. The Sora, which is built in Quebec, is priced just under $50,000.
